The Court and Limits on the Administrative State
On Saturday, September 17 at 9:00am, the Supreme Court Preview will feature a panel on "The Court and Limits on the Administrative State." This Court does not seem shy about limiting the power of administrative agencies, including limits on agency authority and agency structure, all in the name of preserving separation of powers. This panel will discuss what comes next: pending appointments challenges to the FTC and SEC, the broad direction of the Court’s limitations on the administrative state, and how far those limits will extend.
