If you had told seventeen-year-old Mechelle that one day her dream job would be to have someone pay her to travel the world, she would not have believed you. You see, she had just backed out of going on a class trip to France because she was too scared to be on a plane flying over the ocean for several hours. In the years following that decision, she attended college at the Milwaukee School of Engineering, became a digital marketer, and then spent a month in the Philippines. It changed her life. Several countries later, Mechelle left her beloved home in the Midwest and moved to Virginia to begin the journey of getting that dream job by attending William & Mary Law School. Oh yeah, and she did finally make it to France. It was lovely.
