American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative (United States)
The mission of the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative is to promote justice, economic opportunity, and human dignity through the rule of law. With more than 500 professional staff working in the U.S. and the world, ABA ROLI's team embodies a keen skill set--combining expertise in international development with knowledge and experience in rule of law--to implement programs in more than 50 countries.

Centre for Political and Constitutional Studies (Ministry of the Presidency, Spain)
The Centre for Political and Constitutional Studies in Madrid, which is directly affiliated with the Ministry of the Presidency, fosters analysis of national and international political, constitutional and administrative systems, paying particular attention to questions related to Spanish law and Latin-American institutions and their relations with Europe. The Centre’s inter-disciplinary research programs are concerned with territorial structure and federalism; democratization, the rule of law and constitutional reform; immigration; gender issues; and the European Union, with a specific focus on EU constitutionalism.

Central and East European Law Initiative (Prague)
The Central and East European Law Initiative provides state-of-the-art training for investigators, prosecutors, and judges on how to pursue and handle complex corruption cases, and works with civil society and journalists on efforts to promote transparency and public accountability.

Department of Communication and Social Research at Sapienza University (Rome, Italy)
As part of the Department of Political Science, Science and Communication, Sapienza University’s Department of Communication and Social Research (CoRiS) brings together the widest community of lecturers and researchers in the fields of communication, sociology, development studies, sustainability and international cooperation in Italy. CoRiS is unique in that its faculty and researchers are sociologists, lawyers, economists, linguists, statisticians, historians, and psychologists whose primary scientific interest is the study and teaching of these topics.

Fondation pour le Droit Continental (Civil Law Initiative, France)
The Civil Law Initiative, headquartered in Paris, seeks to meet the legal needs of an increasingly complex globalized world. In addition to bringing together groups that have an interest in advancing the international profile of continental law, the Foundation uses a comparative approach to research and report on lacunae in civil code systems around the world.

Henry J. Leir Institute, Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (Tufts University, Boston)
The Institute for Human Security was renamed the Henry J. Leir Institute in 2017. The Henry J. Leir Institute was formally established at The Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy in 2000 to foster an inter-disciplinary approach to social change across borders. The Institute promotes cutting edge-research and education on the overlaps between humanitarianism, development, human rights, and conflict resolution.

International Bridges to Justice (Geneva)
International Bridges to Justice seeks to protect basic legal rights guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights to ordinary citizens in developing countries. IBJ works to ensure that all citizens have access to competent legal representation, protection from cruel and unusual punishment, and fair trials. IBJ currently administers programs in seven countries: China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Burundi, Rwanda, Zimbabwe, and India.

International Foundation for Electoral Systems (United States)
The International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) is a global leader in democracy promotion, engaging with critical issues in democracy, governance, and elections around the world. From programming aimed at ensuring electoral integrity and accountability to efforts to empower underrepresented populations, such as persons with disabilities, women and youth, to participate in electoral and political processes, IFES is at the forefront of innovative work to provide citizens around the world with the fundamental human right to have a say in how they are governed. 

International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (Sweden)
The objective of the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance, an intergovernmental organization that supports sustainable democracy worldwide, is to strengthen democratic institutions and processes.  International IDEA acts as a catalyst for democracy building by providing knowledge resources, expertise and a platform for debate on democracy issues. It works together with policy makers, donor governments, UN organizations and agencies, regional organizations and others engaged in democracy building.

Interpeace (Geneva and New York)
Interpeace, the International Peacebuilding Alliance, works with local partners in divided societies to build lasting peace by bringing together key actors across a broad cross section of society to analyze their countries’ problems, find home-grown solutions and define a common vision for long-term development. The organization works closely with the United Nations, a relationship that enables it to act either as an independent non-governmental organization or as a United Nations initiative.

National Center for State Courts (United States) 
The National Center for State Courts provides technical assistance, training, research and cutting-edge technologies that further the integrity and efficiency of justice systems and governments worldwide. The NCSC International Division applies lessons learned from justice systems in the United States and around the world to build sustainable institutions of justice around the globe, even in the most challenging environments.

United States Institute of Peace Rule of Law Program (United States)
The United States Institute of Peace is an independent, nonpartisan institution established and funded by Congress. Its goals are to help prevent and resolve violent international conflicts, promote post-conflict stability and development, and increase conflict management capacity, tools, and intellectual capital worldwide. USIP’s Rule of Law Center conducts research, identifies best practices, and develops new tools for policymakers and practitioners working to promote the rule of law.U

Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (Spain)
Currently in its eleventh year of operation, the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos is a public university offering 25 undergraduate, 35 masters and 26 Ph.D. degrees, including in Law. The curriculum focuses on providing its students with the educational background necessary to face educational and cultural challenges in the 21st century. The university accepts a large number of international students as part of its Socrates/Erasmus program.

European University Institute Constitutionalism and Politics Working Group (Italy)
The Constitutionalism and Politics Working Group provides a platform for researchers who are interested in matters related to the functioning of democratic states governed by the rule of law. The Working Group is devoted particularly to issues related to constitutional backsliding and political crises; constitutional reform and constitutional review; constitutional rights; the functioning of the rule of law; separation of powers in particular and checks and balances in general. They hold at least two sessions a month hosting distinguished guests who discuss pressing issues that constitutionalism and politics are currently facing.

US-Europe Alliance (United States)
US-Europe Alliance (USEA) is a bipartisan American organization educating and mobilizing Americans to advocate for the enduring partnership between the U.S. and Europe. USEA is the voice of Americans who recognize that their interests lie in a strong transatlantic alliance. Through targeted and sustained effort, including our Transatlantic Chats virtual series, USEA gets Americans talking about the importance of the relationship with Europe, including voices from youth and communities of non-European heritage. By increasing understanding about Europe among the American public USEA fosters dialogue with US policymakers, thereby better enabling them to prioritize and support the enduring US-Europe partnership.
