The Brigham-Kanner Property Rights Journal
The Brigham-Kanner Property Rights Journal was established in 2012 to provide a forum for scholarly debate on property rights issues. The Journal publishes papers presented at the annual Brigham-Kanner Property Rights Conference as well as other papers submitted and selected for publication. Our goal is to extend the debate to a wider audience.
Begun in 2011 with our first International Property Rights Conference in China, the Journal is published annually in both electronic and print format. The Journal contains the proceedings of the Conference, as well as non-conference articles selected for publication. Through the Journal, the Property Rights Project ensures that the proceedings of the Conference and any accompanying articles are preserved and made available on its website for all interested parties.
Digital copies of all issues of the Journal are available in the William & Mary Law School scholarship repository.
Print copies are also available via a print subscription.
