Elder & Disability Law Clinic
The Elder & Disability Law Clinic provides free legal services to individuals with disabilities and their families in the Williamsburg and surrounding areas who cannot afford an attorney. We focus on creating special needs–centered estate plans that protect access to public benefits, often through the use of a special needs trust.
ELDC's goal is to offer special needs planning that keeps benefits safe and families secure. Please note that this is not a generalized estate planning clinic, and clients are limited to those with special needs, and their families. Further, the clinic does not offer the following services: generalized estate planning, guardianship, benefits application assistance or Medicaid asset protection.
