The Elder & Disability Law Clinic provides free legal assistance for qualifying seniors and disabled individuals. The Clinic assists clients in creating plans to deal with current legal and financial issues and prepare for the future and in drafting the necessary documents to carry out those plans. Additionally, should the need arise, the Clinic provides advocacy for clients who are unable to speak for themselves.
The Clinic assists with the following:

- Powers of Attorney & Medical Powers of Attorney
- Living Wills
- Probate Administration
- Guardianship & Conservatorship Actions
- Competency Determinations
- Nursing Home Concerns
- Elder Abuse
- Medicare & Medicaid
- Social Security
Students in the Elder & Disability Law Clinic are also available to make presentations that educate seniors, as well as their families and caregivers, on important issues in the field of Elder Law.
