Entertainment Law

LAW 459-01 Entertainment Law 3 credits
This course will provide an in-depth study of the components of entertainment law including sound recordings, music and book publishing, personal and business management, theatrical and literary agency, attorneys, concert touring, merchandising, licensing and endorsements, film, theatre and multi-media. Students will be expected to participate in at least one transactional or litigation project.
