Students taking this course will be taught how to learn about the
opposing counsel's case; what interrogatories to file; what "request
for productions" to file; how to use "request for admission;" when to
object to opposing counsel's tactics; where to look for facts and
theories. The course will address state and federal court rules of
pretrial procedure and how to use the rules and available procedure to
your client's best advantage. This is a pass/fail course. Prerequisite: Trial Advocacy. |
