About Andrew
Andrew graduated cum laude with a B.A. in government and politics from the University of Maryland College Park, where he was awarded membership in Phi Beta Kappa and was Student President and Captain of the Ice Hockey Program. At William & Mary he is the Mary Siegrist Hinz Leadership Fellow, chair of the speaker series for the Election Law Society, and head of IT operations for the Center for Legal and Court Technology. During summer 2014 he was a summer associate for the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Division, in Washington D.C.
