China 2018: Old Friends and New Friends
Professor Jennifer Stevenson traveled to Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, and Fuzhou in the People's Republic of China during spring 2018 semester. Professor Stevenson is Assistant Dean for Graduate Programs, Associate Director of the American Legal System Graduate Program, and Professor of the Practice of Law. She enjoyed her visits with our partner schools and the opportunity to renew friendships with our alumni. She also had a chance to talk with students and scholars who were interested in learning more about the nation's oldest law school. She shared photos from her trip:
“Generations” of visiting scholars gathered with Professor Stevenson for a photo taken in Fuzhou. In this photo, William & Mary’s historic Wren Building is on the screen in the background. Such warm welcomes at every event!
The William & Mary banner was unfurled during a visit to Chonqing.
Gathering for a photo as a wonderful memento of Professor Stevenson's time in Beijing.
Signing a memoranda of understanding at Beijing Jiaotong.
Another wonderful photo opportunity at the reception in Shanghai.
