Transactional Law Team - Colonial Cup

About

The William & Mary Colonial Cup offers law students an opportunity to draft and negotiate a business transaction based on real-life examples. Student teams, representing either the buyer or seller, draft a proposed agreement before negotiating the terms with an opposing team.

Each team is guaranteed two rounds of competition. Experienced practitioners and law professors will serve as judges for the Colonial Cup. After the final round, there will be a reception where students will have the opportunity to network with the other teams and judges, and the highest-scoring teams will receive awards for their contracts and negotiations. Registration is by invitation only. If you wish to be considered, please fill out the waitlist form.
