Omar Albedah

Country: Saudi Arabia: Class of 2019

Mr. Albedah received his Bachelor of law degree from Majmaah University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Upon receiving his degree, he worked as an assistant lawyer at Alkhorayef Law Firm for nine months, handling cases that encompassed criminal, labor, and family law matters. He then served as an assistant trainer at the Institute of Public Administration in Riyadh, working to implement law-related trainings for students who have already obtained higher diplomas, or who are members of the military or police force. Following the completion of his LL.M. degree, Mr. Albedah hopes to return to academia through teaching criminal law. He chose William and Mary Law School “for its rich history as the oldest law school in the United States.”
