William and Mary Law School

Stay connected with the country's first law school.

One of the perks of attending William & Mary Law School is becoming a lifetime member of a tight-knit community of successful lawyers, judges, and civic leaders. In fact, every graduate of the Law School is an automatic member of the William & Mary Law School Association, a powerful alumni network that links generations of citizen lawyers together and back to their alma mater.

As a W&M law graduate, there are a variety of ways to get involved with fellow graduates and current students. Come to a local Brown Bag lunch or an evening reception to network with grads in your area. Stay in touch with classmates or reach out through the online alumni directory and class notes.

W&M alumni are an important resource for current law students. You can volunteer as a Co-Counsel mentor, conduct mock interviews or recruit students for internships, clerkships and first jobs. And remember that Career Services is for you, too! Our expansive alumni network should be your first stop when considering that next career move.

We hope you will reflect on your time at the Law School as as one of the most valuable experiences of your life. We also hope you realize that so much of what makes W&M great, depends on the generosity of private donors.

Without gifts from people like you, we couldn't support such innovative programs as the Center for Legal and Court Technology, and we definitely couldn't offer so many generous scholarships or summer public service fellowships that directly impact students. Find out how you can give to W&M Law today and keep the country's oldest law school thriving.
