How do I advertise my student organization's event?

If you would like to advertise your organization's event, please reach out to SBA Secretary Emily Buttolph [[eabuttolph]] with any questions. If you would like to be included in their email communications, please fill out this link.

I want to add my student organization to the main website. How do I start this process?

All student organizations have the opportunity to be featured in the "Student Organizations: A to Z" section of Student Life on the law school's main website. Please be sure to contact the communications department if you would like to add a new page or get permission to edit a current one. Please fill out the form to request access. If you would like to become an editor, you must also receive Cascade training through the University Web Team.

When can I get Cascade training to be able to access my student organization's page?

Cascade training is provided by the University Web team. Please see the most updated schedule here. If you would like editing access for your department's page, please fill out this form.

How can I view available courses?

Students can view all available courses through the William & Mary course list.

How do I gain access to my department's page to edit content?

To gain access to your department's Casade web page, please use this form to request permission.

There is a page specifically dedicated to faculty resources on our SharePoint site.

How can I tell if a room is reserved already?

To see which rooms are already reserved for specific days, you can view the room calendar grid to see what is going on around the law school.
