Class of 2018 Competition Team Successes

Dean Douglas provided an overview of the successes of the Moot Court Team, National Trial Team, and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team during the J.D. Class of 2018 Awards Ceremony on May 12. He detailed graduates' successes in advancing to the finals of competitions and winning individual and team honors.

Moot Court Team

Thomas Tang Moot Court Competition,
National Asian Pacific American Bar Association Law Foundation
Andrew L. Milam and William Logan Lewis
The team advanced to the regional semi-finals and was awarded the award for the best brief in the region.
At the National rounds of the competition,  Andrew and Logan finished second overall, and were also honored for writing the second best brief.

National Trial Team

Advanced to the National Championship Tournament in New Orleans

Both William & Mary teams advanced to the finals and competed against each other at this tournament.
