Unlikely Allies: Film Screening and Q&A with Director Anthony Pedone and Professor of Law Mark Osler
Thursday, March 27 | 5:30-8:00 PM, Andrews 101

In 2003, a low-level cannabis case resulting in 20 federal charges and a potential 105-year prison sentence would end Weldon Angelos’ promising career in the music industry. But it would also give birth to a national movement to reform our country’s criminal justice system, uniting far-right conservatives like billionaire Charles Koch and Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) with liberals such as Senator Corey Booker (D-NJ), Van Jones, and musicians Alicia Keys and Snoop Dogg.
Following the film's screening, students will have an opportunity to participate in a Q&A with Director Anthony Pedone and Professor of Law Mark Osler.
