Election Law

LAW 398-01	Election Law	3 credits
An overview of election law and regulation. The course will examine such topics as campaign finance, the right to vote, redistricting, minority vote dilution, racial gerrymandering, ballot access, the associational rights of political parties, ballot propositions, and the 2000 presidential election.
