Selected Topics in Health Care

LAW 583-01 Selected Topics in Health Care Law 3 credits
Spring 2008: Examines a host of problems associated with the “old public health” such as vaccination policy and tuberculosis control in light of the growth of new scientific knowledge about disease processes and the growth of urbanization in the global economy. The seminar will explore whether a new paradigm of health policy analyses is emerging as legal actors begin to view health and law as part of complex systems.
