Remedies

LAW 413-01 Remedies 3 credits
This course involves a study of the law of judicial remedies, both legal and equitable, and focuses on the nature and scope of available relief. The course emphasizes the various available remedies, including compensatory and punitive damages, injunctions, restitution, declaratory judgments, and enforcement proceedings. Special attention is given to the appropriateness of various remedies to given situations.
