 Reveley Takes the Helm at College
W. Taylor Reveley III, who served as dean of the Law School from August 1998 until his appointment as interim William & Mary president in February 2008, was sworn in as the 27th president of William & Mary on Sept. 5 in the Wren Building's Great Hall. More.

W&M Announces Dean Search
W&M Provost P. Geoffrey Feiss announced the appointment of a search committee for dean of the Law School on September 12. The 12-person committee is chaired by Vice Dean Eric Kades, and comprises:

The committee was asked to submit by April 1, 2009, the names of between three to five candidates to the President and Provost. More.

The ABA has published Election Law Program resources on its website to assist trial judges with resolving election law disputes. Resources include a set of video lectures by prominent scholars and a manual on election law.
