Noise Policy
All library users should respect the rights of others in the Law Library, which has areas for both quiet study and collaboration.
The Ground Floor and Second Floor of the Library are quiet study areas. In particular, the Reporters and Journals area of the Ground Floor, located to the right at the base of the stairs, should be kept completely quiet.
Conversation and group study should be restricted to the library Study Rooms and the seating areas on the First Floor between the Circulation and Reference Desks. The First Floor Reading Room is currently closed for renovation but will be a collaborative group space when completed.
