The William & Mary Appellate & Supreme Court Clinic gives students experience litigating all aspects of an appeal. The Clinic takes on a variety of different cases in the U.S. Supreme Court and the federal courts of appeals and provides students with high-quality and practical knowledge for appellate practice. Students author briefs, engage in moot courts for advocates, find cases for the clinic, and can even argue before a U.S. Court of Appeals.
