W&M Black Law Students Association Named National Chapter of the Year The Black Law Students Association at the Law School was named National Chapter of the Year on March 21 at the National Black Law Students Association (NBLSA) Convention. NBLSA has more than 200 law school chapters in the U.S. and five other countries. Previous winners of national chapter honors include Harvard Law School, in 2008, and the University of Virginia, in 2007. Click here for story. |

Law School Honors Professor John H. Langbein of Yale Law School with Marshall-Wythe Medallion John H. Langbein, Sterling Professor of Law and Legal History at Yale Law School, received the 2008-09 Marshall-Wythe Medallion on April 2.
