Law School Enjoys Record-Breaking Private Giving Despite the nation's economic difficulties, Marshall-Wythe's alumni and friends supported the school in record-breaking numbers during the fiscal year that ended June 30. Professor Nancy Combs Becomes Vice Dean Professor Combs, a noted expert on international law and human rights, became the Law School's new vice dean in August. She is the author of numerous scholarly publications, including Fact-Finding without Facts: The Uncertain Evidentiary Foundations of International Criminal Convictions (Cambridge University Press 2010). Frantz '70, J.D. '73, LL.M. '81 Appointed to W&M Board of Visitors Alumnus Thomas R. Frantz, chief executive officer of Williams Mullen, recently was appointed to the College's Board of Visitors by Gov. Bob McDonnell.
